No. Most beta builders run between 5 and 30 people — owner-operators, subcontractors, small-to-mid GCs. If you have 3+ active sites, you'll feel the value in week one.
EU only (Frankfurt + Lisbon). Encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train AI on your private data. You can export everything as PDF/CSV in one click — no lock-in.
Yes. We use eIDAS-compliant signatures, valid in Portugal, Spain and the rest of the EU. Each signature includes a tamper-evident audit trail (IP, device, timestamp, location).
Portuguese (PT-PT), Spanish and English at launch. The team itself is bilingual, so support is in your language — including WhatsApp.
