The rules for using buildity.app — this marketing site and the private beta waiting list.

1. Acceptance
By accessing buildity.app or submitting the beta signup form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Beta access
The Buildity.app private beta is offered free of charge during the beta period. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a beta slot — admission is curated. By submitting your email you accept that we may contact you with information about the beta programme.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Buildity word- and logo-mark, illustrations, copy, code, and the buildity.app domain — belongs to BDITY.LAB, Lda. or other Buildity ecosystem brands. Reproduction in whole or in part is not allowed without written authorisation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not (a) attempt to disrupt the site's availability, (b) submit fake or third-party emails to the waiting list without authorisation, (c) scrape content for commercial use, or (d) misuse the brand. We reserve the right to remove abusive signups without notice.
5. Product terms (separate)
Once you accept a beta invite and start using the Buildity.app platform, a separate customer agreement and DPA (Data Processing Agreement) apply. The DPA is summarised on the /dpa page of this site.
6. Limitation of liability
The information on this site is provided as-is. BDITY.LAB is not liable for business decisions made based on the descriptions of beta features. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee absence of errors. The beta product itself is provided without warranty during the beta period.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes are announced via email when relevant. The version in force is always the one published here.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The competent court is that of Angra do Heroísmo, unless a mandatory legal provision states otherwise.
